Collections
The genderm⊛re Centre is conceived as an hybrid library, combining a digital collection of specialist resources with a print collection intended for a broader audience.
The genderm⊛re Digital Library collects, organizes, and provides access to the Centre's entire bibliographic collection on gender disparities in research. It serves as a single point of access for exploring these topics through an intersectional perspective.
Through the Digital Library, you can:
- explore our digital collection, which includes journal articles, book chapters, e-books, and other scholarly publications;
- search our print collection of novels, essays, graphic novels, comics, picture books, and other educational and popular materials related to the Centre's areas of interest.
All resources are catalogued according to the standards of the Italian National Library Service (Servizio Bibliotecario Nazionale – SBN) and the Modena Library Network (Polo Bibliotecario Modenese). They are also searchable through the Bibliomore, Bibliomo, BibliomoKids, and SBN OPAC catalogues. The Centre also participates in EmiLib – Emilia Digital Library, the digital library of the Emilia-Romagna library systems.
All resources are freely available to the public, in accordance with the service conditions set out in the Internal Regulations of the genderm⊛re Documentation Centre Internal Regulations.
